Please read the following rules and regulations before using the center. Please be sure to read them carefully so that we can provide safe and secure childcare.

In order to provide safe and secure support, please provide us with detailed information about your child on the hearing sheet. Also, on the day of your child's sitting, please let us know how your child is doing that day (sleeping, bowel movements, amount and time of meals, etc.) as well as any unusual behavior of your child before the sitting begins.

Please lock the study, bedroom, and other rooms where you do not want anyone other than family members to enter, or where you do not want new acquaintances to see your valuables, in advance.

Please store valuables such as cash and bankbooks in a household safe to prevent problems and misunderstandings, and to ensure that both parties can use the facility comfortably.
Also, please let us know in advance if you are installing a camera to watch over the children.

Our sitters are not qualified nurses, so we are unable to provide care for sick children.
If a child becomes ill or develops a fever of 37.5°C or higher during the day of sitting, we will stop providing support, and the child will remain at rest until the parents return home, and will be cared for as instructed by the parents. If we deem the child's condition to be of an urgent nature, we will call a specialized agency for consultation or request an ambulance.

In the case of a non-urgent but worrisome condition, we will inform you of the child's current symptoms and ask for instructions on whether or not to contact the consulting organization mentioned above.

We do not provide nail clippers, haircuts, ear buds, or nasal aspirators (nose cleaners).
Nail clippers and haircuts are not available due to the risk of direct contact with the child's fingers and toes, and ear buds and cotton swabs are not available due to the high risk of injury if the child moves (not covered by insurance). (This is not covered by insurance).

The sitter is not allowed to cook. Pre-prepared meals can be reheated in the microwave. The sitter is not required to prepare meals.

Meals, change of clothes, diapers, wipes, insurance card, thermometer, home key, and other items needed for support.

We will wash the child's clothes in case he or she pees or spills food, depending on the situation, as long as we can do so while ensuring the child's safety. Other items are outside the scope of our childcare services and we are unable to do so.

We will hold a meeting based on the hearing sheet we receive in advance, but if you are not comfortable with this, please let us know so that we can arrange a preliminary meeting online.
